Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

If you decide to return an item for exchange or refund, please notify us at talk@crystalcatcreations.com within 5 days of your receipt of the item. This gives us an opportunity to find a solution. We want to make you happy!
Any returns or exchange items must be shipped back to Crystal Cat Creations within 14 days after notifying the company. Please enclose a copy of your receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please share tracking information.
Refunds/Exchanges will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the item at Crystal Cat Creations.
We cannot refund lost or stolen items.
We cannot accept returns for any custom or sale items.
