Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches $35.

Processing & Delivery

Every item in our shop is handmade with care. We do our best to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

During busy holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping to Canada is coming soon — stay tuned!

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is handmade just for you, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you are not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund. talk@crystalcatcreations.com
